In 2024, Kilbeggan Organic Foods increased certified suppliers to 70.6%, surpassing its milestone by 5.9% and reinforcing its commitment to responsible sourcing.

In 2024, Kilbeggan Organic Foods increased the percentage of suppliers with sustainability certification from 64.7% in 2023 to 70.6%, surpassing its milestone target by 5.9%. This improvement reflects the company’s continued commitment to sourcing responsibly and enhancing the sustainability of its supply chain.

Progress was made on two planned initiatives during the reporting period. The company contacted all suppliers to confirm their certification status and, where possible, prioritised suppliers holding recognised sustainability certifications. These actions helped ensure transparency and alignment with Kilbeggan’s sustainability goals.

The supplier base also evolved in 2024, with new suppliers added holding sustainability certifications. This shift contributed directly to the increase in certified suppliers and supports the company’s strategy of working with partners who share its sustainability values.
