This included reinforcing best practices around equipment cleaning, process timing, and flow control.

By embedding water-saving behaviours into routine activities, the company was able to reduce waste without compromising product quality or hygiene standards. This low-cost, high-impact approach demonstrates how behavioural change can play a central role in achieving sustainability goals.
