Codd Mushrooms, founded in 1989 in Tullow, Co. Carlow, has grown from a small shed into a modern facility with 45 growing rooms.
Codd Mushrooms produces over 6,000 tonnes annually and employing 240 people, the company leads in innovation and sustainability in Ireland’s mushroom industry.
Newgrange Gold, founded in 2010 by John Rogers in Slane, Co. Meath, is now led by his son Jack. The company produces premium rapeseed and camelina oils and pioneered Wild Flax Camelina oil for the culinary market.
